Dutchess County resident Joshua A. Killmer, of Pine Plains, was arrested following an investigation on Friday, March 13, by New York State Police for predatory sexual assault against a child, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
The investigation determined Killmer allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a minor less than 11-years-old between the years of 2017 and 2018 in the town of LaGrange, Hicks said.
Killmer was arraigned before the town of Lagrange Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
